We’re so proud of our Harmony parents who are working on this exciting project in Harlem! Father of a Kindergarten and Toddler student at our Princeton center, Roland Laird is also the CEO of My Image Studios, a huge new cultural center that will be opening on 116th street in NYC. His wife, Taneshia, has also joined him in working on the creation of this ground-breaking new cultural center. Find out more about My Image Studios here:

Congratulations to Miss Mita, one of our preschool teachers at our Princeton center! She has been selected to become a “Terri Lynne Lokoff National Child Care Teacher Awards” recipient! Harmony nominated Miss Mita for this honor because she frequently comes up with curriculum ideas that are of benefit to the entire Harmony learning community. Mita was required to submit an idea and budget for the project of her choice. She selected math as her focus, and will received $500 towards her project, which we will implement for all of our children preschool aged and above in the spring. The awards ceremony is on April 19th at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia and there are only 9 other recipients from the entire country ! We are VERY proud of Miss Mita – please join us in congratulating her when you see her!
